Summary of Study
SARS-CoV-2 alphavirus-derived replicon RNA vaccine formulated with a novel Lipid InOrganic Nanoparticle (LION) emulsion (repRNA-CoV2S) induced robust cellular and humoral immune responses after a single immunization in immunocompromised SIV-infected animals as a highly relevant model of untreated HIV infection in humans.
